Master in Professional Psycho-pedagogical Intervention and Consulting

The format and content of this programme has no competitors in Spain or Latin America. The existing programmes focus on educational psychology (UAB, ISEP, etc.), professional orientation (UCLMP), or educational orientation (UAH) and are more general; also some of the more specific proposals are focused on particular issues (for example, Conflict Resolution: family and educational mediation, at the UOC).

This programme is different from the others in three important aspects: aimed at all professionals in psycho-pedagogical intervention (thus its blended format), leading to professional practice (which justifies collaboration with professional associations and colleges), and emphasizing the institution as the frame of action and intervention (thus relating the psycho-pedagogical work with that of other professionals in education and training).

Lastly, we do not believe that this programme overlaps with the itinerary that is part of the official Master in secondary education because the Master is focused on initial training of psycho-pedagogues and not so much on specialized training linked to intervention in professional problems.
