We are convinced that, as a factor of efficiency and improvement of the centers, it is necessary to continue researching to find the personal and professional profiles that best suit the organizational culture. In this sense, the exercise of management in educational centers should consider the use of technologies as a means to improve educational quality in their institutions. This means not only doing new things, but doing them differently.
