Las resistencias del profesorado universitario a la utilización de tecnologías digitales
The study carried out focuses its attention on university professors and the reasons why they do not use technologies. on a regular basis as a teaching-learning tool in the university classroom. The main objective is to identify What are the resistance of teachers to the use of digital technologies in the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. A sequential mixed methodology is used. First, a questionnaire is carried out faculty of the Faculty (N = 78) and, a posteriori, interviews with professors and managers of the university. The results show that habit, innovation management, lack of training, time-trial work and investment in updating are the main resistors. In conclusion, it is determined that the use of digital technologies is scarce, that their use does not depend so much on the age or job stability, but rather the predisposition and self-perception of one's digital skills; and that one of the biggest Barriers is the lack of planning and evaluation on how digital technologies should be institutionalized in the university.
