The University Master's Degree in Administration and Management of Schools tries to respond to the social need of preparing specialized professionals in organization, administration and management of centers and institutions of training, in a context of change and at the moment which calls for educational sector to improve the level of quality and to achieve  more efficient results.

Therefore, it focuses on two types of recipients:

- Managers in practice and others with responsibilities in coordination, organization and management of educational institutions(director, head teacher, coordinators, etc.) linked to regulated systems of training: centers of early- childhood education, primary,
secondary schools, professional training or similar types, both private and public ones. In this case the prior training of the students can be very diverse and can be accessed on  management exercise of schools from all kinds of qualifications;

Individual without responsibilities in school management, who have finished their previous training grade in the area of education.
