CRiEDO participates in the AIDIPE Congress

Professors Diego Castro, David Rodríguez, José Luís Muñoz and Laia Vila participate in the XXI International Congress of Educational Research.

From the Interuniversity Association for Pedagogical Research (AIDIPE), in collaboration with the University of Barcelona, ​​​​the Autonomous University of Barcelona, ​​​​the University of Girona, the University of Lleida and the Rovira i Virgili University, organized the XXI International Congress of Educational Research (in-person) and the IV Meeting of Novells Doctoral Students and Researchers (in-person and virtual) for June 18 to 21, 2024 in Barcelona.

On the one hand, professors Diego Castro, David Rodríguez and José Luís Muñoz presented the contribution “Comparing perspectives on intergenerational relationships among research staff at Spanish public universities.” This research, based on the project “PRUNAI – University and Intergenerational Learning”, aims to analyze the intergenerational learning processes in the different functions of university teaching staff and validate a model of intergenerational learning among teaching staff that contributes to organizational learning.

On the other hand, the professor and predoctoral researcher Laia Vila presented the contribution titled “The perception of university students in relation to inclusive methodologies and resources.” This research analyzes the implementation of inclusive education in the Faculties of Educational Sciences of Catalan Universities. Based on the 2030 Agenda, the study collects the perceptions of 93 future education professionals on inclusive services and methodologies, highlighting deficiencies in resources and teacher training. Despite the progress, there is a perceived need for greater application of inclusive methodologies and diversification of resources to improve university education.
