Nuevas políticas de desarrollo professional para empleades públicos. El Centro de Estudios Jurídicos y Formación Especializada (CEJFE) del Departamento de Justícia de la Generalitat de Cataluña

The present contribution raises the transformation of educational offer in a training center for public employees in the last five years. It shows lines of evolution related to quantitative increase of formative activity and diversification and customization of it. It is observed a greater presence of new formative lines linked to knowledge creation and management, detection of ways of informal learning mechanisms, the change of original forms of e-learning to others more interactive and the co-creation of new contents that make the most of the organizational members’ knowledge. Finally, it is shown a strategy proposal for institutional change that can be transferred to other similar public entities.
