Attention to diversity in the Schools of Culture and Artistic Diffusion in Chile

The Doctoral Thesis has inquired about the treatment of diversity that is developed in the Escuelas de Cultura y Difusión Artística, paying attention to the promotion of educational inclusion. Among the main results obtained, the design and validation of a Diversity Attention Plan for the improvement of this type of educational organization stands out. Likewise, it concludes by confirming the will of the educational communities to promote educational projects aimed at inclusion, making it possible to resignify the forms of participation, learning and recognition of diversity for a timely school and educational development.
