TFM Defense

During this week, 11 students of the Master’s Degree of Research in Education have defended their Final Project linked to the specialty “Organizational Development and Management for Change” coordinated by the professor Marina Tomàs.

The projects presented are linked to the diverse open investigation lines of the research group EDO.  These are following students’ projects:
- The need for pedagogy of death and juvenile and child. A study case: Escola Pardinyes and Instituto Josep Lladonosa, presented by Anabel Ramos.
- Collaboration and knowledge management between Ibero-American universities, presented by Andrés Galarza.
- Barriers or bridges? Professors’ beliefs and community education in the Compulsory Secondary Education. A study case, presented by Ana Celdrán.
- Time’s prison and money: perceptions about the work well being in the educational organizations in the particular framework subsidized in Chile, presented by Carlos Contreras.
- Factors that influence on the finalization of the professional practice of the students of technical and vocational education with dual training: a case of a secondary school of the community of La Cisterna de Santiago de Chile, presented by Carolina Isabel de Lurdes Latorre.
- The impact of TIC in the Compulsory Secondary Education in Catalonia from the professor perspective, presented by Edgardo Andrés de Dios Astete.
- Uses and management of space. Esthetic as a resource in education, presented by Ilonka León.
- Comprehensive security level of the educational centers of Compulsory Secondary Education in Peru, presented by Jamaica Pennsylvania Moscoso
- Informal learning in university teaching. Study case of the novice professors at the UAB, presented by Laia Encinar.
- Crucial decisions: The trajectory of life of a woman in a position of management and university leadership, presented by Mariuxi Campoverde.
 - Use and factors that influence in the approval of digital mobile devices for the learning of students of the Childhood Education and Primary Education Degrees in the Faculty of Education at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, presented by Sandra Elisabeth Baldeón.

The specialty in Organizational Development and Management for Change provides reflections, research and advanced knowledge about themes connected to leadership, planning, resources management, collective knowledge management, network, innovation and assessment of the organizations within the framework of the Master’s Degree in Research in Education at the UAB.
