Marita Navarro participates as a teacher in the Course of expert for the training of university teachers at the University of Cordoba.

The session taught by Professor Marita Navarro was located in the educational methodology module entitled "The resolution of cases as a learning method" with a duration of 10 hours.

The philosophy, theoretical foundation and development of course materials stems from the work developed by a group of professors of Teaching and Organization in UAB, all linked as well to the Organizational Development Team. These teachers, coordinated by Dr. Carmen Armengol, with the desire to improve the quality of teaching, is established as the basis of the principles of a "professional learning community" (Cocharan-Smith and Lytle, 1999).

Their motive of holding this coordinated activity among teachers linked to the EDO aspects: on one hand, at the macro-social level, it had to do with the European convergence, efficiency and quality; on the other hand of the micro social aspect, the transformation of education degree in true learning communities was important, where students receive a quality education that leads to high market shares of professionalization.

EDO teachers linked to the working group: Carme Armengol (coord.), Diego Castro, Maria del Mar Duran, Miquel Ángel Essomba, Mónica Feixas, Joaquín Gairín, Marita Navarro y Marina Tomàs.
