Marina Tomas, CUCC coordinator, presented the "Integrated Package for Quality Innovation in Provider Institutions of Training (PK-Q)".
On Tuesday, December 4, the space of relationship and networking for industry and research, which provides information on knowledge transfer under the UAB-CEI framework, will take place. The conference brought together more than 250 attendees, including researchers and companies like Repsol, Almirall, Grupo Ferrer, Menarini, HP, Banco Sabadell, Danone, Nutrexpa, Panrico or Gallina Blanca, along with others.
The PK-Q, created as result of the research which was conducted in the group led by Dr. Tomas, is a tool for ensuring the success of innovations in institutions who plan , impart, supervise or manage any type of training activity. The technology of this tool allow the institutions to plan, evaluate and pre-decide processes, making it possible to be used at different times of the process of planned change: preparation stage, at the beginning of the process, or at a deferred moment , without forgetting the final assessment of results.
