Marisol Galdames participates in a roundtable on pedagogical leadership and school improvement

On July 17th, a virtual roundtable was held as part of Module 4 of the course “Pedagogical Leadership and Gender”, titled “Leading to Learn”. This activity was part of a training initiative that promotes critical reflection and the exchange of experiences on school leadership from a perspective of equity and continuous improvement.

On this occasion, two distinguished academics participated:

  • Dr. Omar Aravena Keniggs, from the Catholic University of Temuco (Chile)
  • Dr. Marisol Galdames, lecturer at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain) and researcher at CRiEDO

Both experts engaged in a dialogue about the structural, cultural, and relational conditions that enable leadership focused on learning, emphasizing the role of professional communities, teacher support, and the development of collaborative school cultures.

At CRiEDO, we celebrate Dr. Galdames’ participation in this instance of international collaboration, which strengthens academic ties between Spain and Latin America in the field of pedagogical leadership with a gender perspective.
