Jornada EDO 2015

Organizational Development Group from Autonomous University of Barcelona links their activity of teaching and researching with the analysis of organizational development dynamics, in general, and the educational ones in particular.

Since 2010, it is developed the EDO International Congresses, biannually. These congresses have a great approval from different professionals such as responsible of formation and technicians, among others.

The development of EDO Conference “Creation and Management of Organizational knowledge” will offer a common space to reflect on the progresses of the topic and to promote the search of new approaches that could allowed the joint collaboration oriented to develope effective knowledge management processes. This Conference will be developed in the framework of XIV edition of Expolearning during the “Education Week” from 4th to 8th of March 2015 in Madrid (See the additional advantages here).

The Conference consists on a roundtable discussion about strategies to promote informal learning and organizational management of collective knowledge, which will be conducted by EDO’s Director Joaquín Gairín, the director of new training programs of CEJFE Jesús Martínez and the director of practicareflexiva.com Angels Domingo. After a space for networking, a speech will be given by Inter-Management Iberica’s Director, Jesus Berruezo: “Innovate in organization through creation and management of collective knowledge”.

Those who assist at the event will have the possibility to make online work sessions that will give them a course completion certificate, that can be validated as activities of the Master’s Degree in “ICT Training: talent management, learning and innovation in organizations”.
