Internship training for education managers

From June 4 to17, Group of Organizational Development will welcome a group of 30 prominent leaders of educational institutions in Chile with the aim of providing to them the training relating to educational management and organization, besides a variety of visits to educational centres in order display the uniqueness of education in our country
Among many other services, EDO offers the the possibility of organizing training activities tailored to organizations and groups interested in the Group´s priority areas of work, with the hope of fulfilling the aim of transferring knowledge generated from the developed research.
This group was comprised of senior centers across the country,, , as wellthe aim of which is to Under this guideline, from 4 to 17 June, EDO will welcome a group of 30 Chilean managers of educational institution to Autonomous University of Barcelona for providing them training related to educational management and organization. This group of directors of educational centres from all over the country was organized by the Federation of Private Education Institutions (FIDE), with whom the EDO has been working for several years both in the organization of training activities in Catalonia and in Chile, as well as in the realization of projects of International cooperation with the aim of promoting educational and social development of disadvantaged areas, such as the Municipality of Coyhaique, located at the southern tip of Chile.
During their stay of more than 15 days , the interns will undertake training activities in which they will have lecture from teachers and well-known professional in the country, in addition, they will also have the opportunity to visit schools in Catalonia that stand out for their uniqueness. The topics that will be included in the training is related to: organization of educational systems, conflict management and team construction, the exercise of leadership roles, new challenges and approaches to school leadership, relations between family and school, director as agent of change, the creation and management of knowledge, culture of collaboration, skills development and program evaluation.
In addition, there will also be various organized recreational and cultural visits offered by EDO.
