Nayibe Rodríguez Beltrán deepens her work on organizational culture and academic management in educational institutions during her research stay at CRiEDO.
She is carrying out a short research stay during March 2026 with the aim of advancing the analysis of organizational culture in educational institutions and its relationship with the improvement of academic management. This stay seeks to strengthen the development of her doctoral research titled “Evaluation of an organizational culture program oriented toward the continuous improvement of academic management among school leaders and teachers in a public educational institution”, through academic exchange, the analysis of research experiences, and dialogue with the theoretical and methodological contributions of the CRiEDO research group at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, under the supervision of Dr. Joaquín Gairín Sallán.
Her stay also takes place within the framework of a commission granted by the Secretariat of Education of Cundinamarca (Colombia), with the purpose of deepening research on school organizational culture and contributing to the design of a program aimed at strengthening organizational culture to improve academic management in public schools in the department of Cundinamarca. This process seeks to integrate the theoretical and methodological contributions developed by CRiEDO with the improvement needs of public educational institutions in the Colombian context.
Nayibe Rodríguez Beltrán is from Colombia and works as a teacher at the Public School Carlos Garavito Acosta in the municipality of Gachancipá. She is currently a doctoral student in Education at Universidad Antonio Nariño, holds a Master’s degree in Teaching, is a Specialist in School Learning and its Difficulties, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Basic Education with an emphasis in Mathematics and Language. Her academic and professional trajectory has focused on the analysis of educational management processes, school organizational culture, academic culture and pedagogical leadership, aiming to strengthen educational communities as a foundation for institutional improvement.
