Maria Rosa Fillat Salvador has been awarded the 2025 CRiEDO Prize for Final Degree Projects (TFG and TFM) in the field of Innovation and Development of Educational and Training Institutions. In an exclusive video, Rosa explains her research and the results she obtained.
She has received the first CRiEDO prize, with a financial award of 500 euros, for her Master’s Thesis on meaningful conversations among teachers for informal and organizational learning.. This Master’s Thesis, supervised by Dr. Anna Díaz Vicario, is part of the training programme of the Master’s Degree in School Management for Educational Innovation at the UAB.
