On June 6 and 7, 2024, the III International Congress Educational Management: reimagining management trajectories to transform education will be held at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
RedAGE, a non-profit scientific association regulated by Spanish legislation, is celebrating the third edition of its Annual Educational Management Congress this year. From 2022, this congress will be held annually with the aim of boosting educational management in Ibero-America through academic exchange.
The association, which has its origin in an Interuniversity Cooperation Project (PCI) financed by the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID), has the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain) and the Universidad ORT (Uruguay ) as promoting institutions. Currently, the network is made up of 34 universities in Latin America.
Among its main objectives, the RedAGE seeks to establish a meeting space for managerial teams and managers of Latin American educational systems and centers, advise and support educational reforms in aspects linked to education management, promote new models of training and development of human resources in education and strengthen participative management models, according to current scientific approaches.
In this context, participation in the III International Congress Educational Management: ‘Reimagining trajectories of Management to Transform Education’ is invited. This congress seeks to reflect and discuss educational management from the point of view of educational trajectories, considering that these are one of the fundamental pillars to improve the quality of education and project into the future equal opportunities for boys, girls and young people in the countries of Iberoamerica.
The Congress is aimed at managers, supervisors and advisers of educational centers and systems, the students of pre and postgraduates, school and higher education teachers, researchers, members of organizations responsible for the design, execution and evaluation of educational management, members of the RedAGE and other professionals interested in dynamizing Educational Management from educational policies and practice.
