The VII International Conference EDO: Learning and collective intelligence in organizations after the pandemic was held in Barcelona on May 17, 18 and 19.
The VII International Conference EDO “Learning and collective intelligence in organizations after the pandemic” was held with the aim of analyzing the new proposals for knowledge management in organizations. Multiple conferences, symposiums, thematic conversations and workshops were developed.
After the conference, the organization has published the recordings of all four conferences:

In addition, the organization has published the conclusions of the conference, about the new meaning of learning and training in organizations; talent management and collective intelligence in organizations; social and collaborative learning in the management of collective knowledge; methodologies and strategies for the new knowledge management and the promotion of the learning culture; the management of formal and informal learning in organizations; corporate networks for the promotion of the learning culture and collective intelligence in organizations; and the role of managers in the new scenarios.
