Book presentation “Procesos de cambio y autoevaluación en centros educativos ¿dos caras de una misma moneda?”. The book comprises the analysis of process of change and the educational centers self-assessment.
This proposal begins by specifying the perspective from which the processes are treated and which the author defines as "frontiers", representing a privileged place from which to identify, integrate and analyze the confluence of internal and external aspects of the scenarios social aspects of the study. Then a characterization of the organizational processes is carried out, which highlight the complexity and dynamics that define and condition them, finally delving into the processes of change and organizational self-evaluation. The book ends with some "Clues for change management" that propose some possible work strategies that address the morphology and logic of the processes on which it is intended to affect.
