XI CIDUI Congress 2020+1 online

On 29th and 30th June, 1st and 2nd July the XI CIDUI 2020+1 Congress was celebrated in virtual format.
This edition in entirely virtual format was entitled "Beyond competencies: new challenges in the digital society". The congress aimed to create a space for exchange and analysis of studies, experiences and proposals that would provide knowledge about the emergence of new university training challenges, as a result of the changes that society is experiencing (technological, political, social, cultural, environmental ...). Challenges that have to do, among others, with the appearance of new student profiles that demand new teaching and learning models, with emerging professional profiles, and with the application of new organizational models to higher education. In this context, the impact of the pandemic generated by Covidien-19 is now added, which has demanded an unprecedented individual and collective reorganization of the entire university community.
The organization had the participation of all those interested in reflection, commitment and the joint construction of new knowledge of teaching innovation in higher education, avoiding any risk that could compromise the health of the congressmen.
