Selective process resolution

Once the evaluation report of all the candidates has been seen and according to the established selection criteria, it adjudicates the hiring as a technical specialist for research support at Laia Alguacil Mir.

In this way, Alguacil Mir joins the D-Eva project and the QUEST project, financed within the framework of the Erasmus + program of the European Commission.

On the one hand, the D-Eva project aims to develop innovative assessment practices in the field of university teacher training to improve their teaching and learning skills, as well as their digital skills, as well as those of the students themselves. The objectives of the project are specified in developing digital assessment resources that ensure a valid, sustainable and effective assessment of their skills, training university faculty to use electronic assessment in an effective and coherent way, together with the improvement of their digital skills and provide universities with mechanisms to definitively change the culture of assessment, organically incorporating a digital solution to facilitate student learning.

On the other hand, the QUEST project aims to develop in an academic and collaborative way 5 e-learning modules that address the essential competencies for quality online learning (online presence, interaction and dialogue, gamification, instructional design, feedback and evaluation), the creation of a European network of teacher trainers for online learning composed of 18 teachers participating in an advanced consisting of 10 days of training, feedback cycles with end users (students and teachers at local level ) and conducting thematic webinars and increasing the competencies of more than 2,450 teachers so that they can deliver higher quality online classes that address student attraction, interactivity and academic progress. The project management framework consists of 7 activities, 4 consortium meetings, monitoring and evaluation actions, and a coherent communication and dissemination component.
