What do we do with the mature communities?

On December 4, the VII Compartim Programme will take place under the theme "What do we do with the mature CoPs?" This activity, aimed at a specialized audience, will feature experts on knowledge management and collaborative work in public administration.

The aim of the conference is to reflect on the projects which different CoP have achieved in Justice Department, analyzing what are the different routes that they have chosen and what is the scope of this evolution. To do this, the conference will feature the e-moderators of the different communities that act as internal professional experts of CoPs and, on the other hand, external professionals as advisors. The ultimate goal is to identify new prospects for the communities and how to make the organization visible in the the work developed in the CoPs under framework of Public Administrations.

EDO-UABP members´ participation in this activity is part of the collaborative activities which have been developing for more than four years together with CEJFE and EDO. They have conducted three international scientific conferences (2010, 2011, 2012) for this issue, in addition to collaborations in conducting joint research on creating and managing knowledge through CoP.
