The New Executive Commission of CRiEDO

On November 20, a new General Council of CRiEDO was held to elect the four representatives that make up the Executive Commission.

On November 20, a new General Council of CRiEDO was held at the Faculty of Educational Sciences of Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. This meeting had the objective of giving new information from the management team to all members of the center and announcing the election of the new executive committee. The new executive committee is made up of professors Carme Armengol, Georgeta Ion, Pilar López Belbeze, and Aleix Barrera. The duration of their functions as representatives will be 3 years and will be renewed at the beginning of the mandate of each director of the CRiEDO.

Our center’s purpose is to study, research, teach, and do any other activity related to the organizational development of training organizations. More specifically, to provide a service of the highest quality and social commitment aimed at the improvement, innovation, and development of organizations dedicated to training, based on processes of reflection and scientific analysis, the design and implementation of actions aimed at improvement, and institutional evaluation and diagnosis processes.

The center concentrates a network of more than 200 organizations at a national and international level, with which it collaborates to analyze the processes involved in the management of training centers. It has carried out international projects that have been recognized by the European Union as high quality and has been recognized by Editorial Comares as one of the research centers with the greatest social impact on an Ibero-American scale. The teaching staff who are part of it have received the Vicens Vives Award for teaching quality.
