Professor Diego Castro participated in the meeting of the Erasmus+ Regional in the framework of the Erasmus+ Regional Week for Latin America and the Caribbean that was held in the Central American city of Panama, between Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 November 2023 in the Waldorf Astoria hotel.
The Erasmus+ Regional Week in Latin America and the Caribbean aims to be an unparalleled opportunity for the dissemination of knowledge, the creation of associations and cooperative progress within the educational and youth sectors of Latin America and the Caribbean.
The event had a great participation with more than 150 people in attendance and more than 400 online registrations. This event, organized by EACEA in collaboration with the Delegation of the European Union in Panama, was a networking forum, exchange of good practices and exploration of the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Program for the LAC region.
The event offered a forum for beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ project, applicants and interested parties to share knowledge and exchange experiences. Making contact The sessions allowed networking between organizations with experience and newcomers from the different countries of the region, as well as from the EU and countries associated with the Erasmus+ Program, interested in project cooperation.
Dr. Castro participated in the presentation of the ORACLE project as a reference practice of the CBHE program and also in the preparation sessions of the FUESE project, together with Dra. Terreros Barrios of the UDELAS Panamá, which will act as coordinating university.
