The registration period is now open for the E2 Specialty of the Official Master in Educational Research.

The last period has been opened to enroll in the specialty in Development and Management of Organizations for Change (E2) of the Master's Degree in Educational Research. This master's degree is official and once passed it allows you to apply for the Doctorate in Education.

The specialty in Development and Management of Organizations for Change provides tools and competencies to develop applied research in the context of educational organizations. Among other aspects, beyond the methodological aspects, topics related to change, innovation and professional and institutional development are addressed.

The master's degree is taught by a team of professors with extensive academic, professional and research experience, both internationally and nationally. The common modules that are studied in the specialty E-2 are: Epistemology, Foundations and Design; Methodologies, Instruments and Strategies of Data Collection and Analysis, TCI Tools in the Research Process and the Master's Thesis. The specialty modules are: Trends and Approaches of the Research in Planning and Management of Educational Institutions (taught by Joaquín Gairín and Diego Castro), Professional Development in Organizations (taught by Miquel Àngel Essomba and David Rodríguez-Gómez) and the module of Research, Training and Technologies of Learning and Knowledge (taught by Alejandra Bosco, Georgeta Ion, and Òscar Mas), finally you can select an optional module of the entire offer of the Official Master.

Finally, the link of this specialty E-2 to the EDO Research Group (http://edo.uab.cat) provides the possibility of linking to one of the research groups in the field of management and educational organization more active country and one of the most prestigious universities in Spain.
