The Center for Legal Studies and Specialized Training (CEJFE) with the collaboration of the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (EAPC) and EDO have prepared some pre-Conference activities before the EDO Conference.
The CEJFE, in collaboration with l'EAPC and EDO, have taken advantage of the synergies created by the 2012 EDO Conference, to invite relevant people in the field of training, evaluation and knowledge management to make their best practices aware of by the public.
The program was designed with two activities. The first of them, which will be held in CEJFE on May 21st, is entitled "Progressing toward veritably-intelligent organizations" and will be with a lecture Javier Martinez Aldanondo, who also attended at the I EDO Conference in 2010 . Aldanondo will talk about knowledge management in organizations and reflect on whether it is possible to follow veritably-intelligent organizations in current society.
The other scheduled activity is a panel with different training managers of public administration, who reflect on the best ways of training and evaluation in the new social and economic context. To carry out this activity is presented experiences from different schools and training centers of public administration, among which there is National Institute of Public Administration of Argentina (INAP), the Training Centre of the Council of Alicante and the Basque Institute of Public Administration (IVAP).
