Managing Organizational Development Processes

On 12^th and 13^th of July, Joaquín Gairín joins as a teacher in the course named “Managing Organizational Development Processes” that is developed in the framework of the Master’s Educational Management, from the University ORT in Uruguay.

This course tries to be a space of training, exchange and collective reflection where it deal with topics related to improvement and development of educational organizations. In order to achieve it, it is worked from delimitating processes that influence organizational development, analyzing models that can help for its analysis and tools and devices that are helpful for following in detail their management.

On the other hand, this course helps to delimitate and analyze how is the role of counselors as change agents in contexts of educational institutions.
