One of the hardest conditions are professionals practices  which have the normative task and social mission for veiling that the operation of schools and the work of those who complete them meet the requirements of efficiency, satisfaction, equity and justice.

In Chile, the directors of educational institutions are the professional group that has given the delicate task in non-university educational levels. The effects of their work are essential for the promotion of educational practices consistent with the requirements expected from the Ministry of Education.

The working sessions focused on promoting knowledge, skills and attitudes designed to effectively utilize the procedures and the tools of development of educational organizations. In addition, to purchase items related to planning policy action plans that focus on promoting change and innovation in their schools.

The exchange of experience and engagement of the audience can deepen the general problems of organization and management of schools.

Professors responsible for the training were Dr. Joaquin Gairín and Dr. Blanca Patricia Silva.
