Charles Jennings and the 70:20:10 model

Now available the lecture “Social learning and at workplace from the perspective of 70:20:10” dictated by Charles Jennings in the frame of II CIEDO 2012.
Charles Jennings, director of Duntroon Associates, one of the speakers on the II CIEDO, gave the lecture titled "Social learning and at workplace from the perspective of 70:20:10" on May 23, 2012. This activity was under the framework of the II International EDO Conference 2012 "Knowledge management and organizational development: training and corporate training", the conference "The learning within the framework of society of network " took place at 17:30 at the Center for Legal Studies and Specialized Education of the Generalitat de Catalonia.
Charles Jennings is a specialist in Learning and Human Capital Development. For 8 years until 2008, he had been the Chief Learning Officer at Reuters and Thomson Reuters, where he was responsible for developing the overall strategy of learning and performance; he had also been the leader of the training organization for the 55,000 employees of the company.
His professional experience includes positions as the head of the National Center for development of network-based learning in the UK; academic work on innovation of learning for 15 years, professor at Southampton Business School, performance evaluator of training performance and eCommerce initiatives of European Commission. He also works in national and international management groups and consultancy board for training and learning bodies all over the world.
