Lecture of Doctoral Thesis

Manuel Enrique Lorenzo, Collaborator of EDO-Granada, reads his doctoral thesis supervised by Dr. Thomas Sola Martinezat at 10:30 today.
Under the title "study of the necessity of training for employees of credit institutions. The case of the Caja Rural de Granada ", the thesis resolves a study of socio-economic context and the latest trends in corporate training, intends to carry out an eclectic analysis in its methodology and to make us appreciate what is the current status of the training that employees receive and perceive from the credit institutions.
The thesis specifically focused on the case of the Caja Rural de Granada and has enjoyed the cooperation and participation of managers (members of the Governing Board), General Director and the Management of Human Resources.
The result is a series of conclusions, which comes from all possible sources of the spectrum formed by employees of Caja Rural, triangulated and connected to give a current, accurate and evaluating image of the training process in Caja Rural de Granada, with he application instruments such as the questionnaire, focus groups and interviews.
The thesis committee members are: Joaquín Gairín, Mario Martín Bris, Santiago Castillo, Victor López Palomo y Fernando Peñafiel.
