Job Offer to join EDO-UDL

On June 3 OJGC published in ECO/1186/2013 resolution approving the basis for the call for aid for the incorporation, temporarily Dr. junior research staff to universities Catalan public university system (DPJ 2013) .

The candidates must have obtained a Ph.D. from January 1, 2010 and before the deadline for submission of applications. Understand obtaining a doctoral degree on the candidate to read and defended his doctoral thesis. It is also necessary to meet the requirements specified in Annex 2 of aid for which you want to choose.

The EDO group is open to all those doctors interesting current work lines, which are related to the analysis of organizational learning, the study of the processes of change and utility improvement strategies that are used or be used. Consistent themes of interest are: the nature of training organizations, their type, management systems and corporate governance, institutional dynamics, systems of internal and external evaluation, strategies for change, resistance to change, the role of management and the impact of new technologies, all in reference to non-university educational centers, universities and other educational type such as occupational training centers, health organizations, leisure centers and other educational services.

Those interested can send their proposals to edo@uab.cat before June 24, and to assess its suitability to be presented as candidates for public call for the AGAUR. Should your application be accepted, we will contact you to arrange the preparation of documentation to present to the public announcement. Consider that the final decision depends not from EDO group but of the special commission which specify the rules of the competition.
