Interview with Joaquín Gairín about ORACLE

Joaquín Gairín reflects on the scope of the Regional Observatory for the Quality of Equity in Education (ORACLE).
Under the premise that educational quality cannot exist without equity, the Regional Observatory for the Quality of Equity in Education (ORACLE) based in Panama coordinates the work of the Institutional Observatories of Equity found in the 35 institutions of higher education in Latin America and Europe and that are part of this project that links national and international peer organizations.
In this interview, Joaquín Gairín Sallán explained the importance of working on the challenges that higher education implies, as part of a responsibility that must include the entire society in raising awareness of problems that affect vulnerable groups.
