Available the new ORACLE’s book

This report synthesizes the work developed within the framework of the project 'ORACLE - Regional Observatory for the Quality of Equity in Higher Education in Latin America' throughout the period 2016 in 2019. In this sense, the document incorporates a detailed description of the project ORACLE, specifying the different stages of its implementation and the main products that have been obtained throughout its development.

Among the products, the MEDIMEQU Model stands out, which aims to be a tool to promote the development of universities and increase above levels of equity as a way to improve quality; a tool to analyze the variables that allow identifying the development stages of attention to equity in higher education institutions; the contact details of the institutional observatories for equity created in the participating universities, as well as a description of their main objectives.

Likewise, the different activities that the Regional Observatory for the Quality of Equity in Higher Education will carry out to monitor and carry out regional studies on the attention to equity in Latin American universities are presented.

The document has been jointly prepared by Joaquín Gairín and Diego Castro, project coordinators, Juan Bosco Bernal, rector of UDELAS (official headquarters of ORACLE) and Aleix Barrera, project manager of the project.
