Performed the defences of the Final Master’s Thesis of Master’s Degree in Teaching with LKT.

The first promotion of 10 students of Master’s degree in “Teaching with LKT: Managing Talent, Learning and Innovation in Organisations” defended their Final Master’s Thesis on 14th December. Given its non-onsite-program nature, some defences where developed online, and those who preferred onsite, it was developed in the Grade Room of the Science Education Faculty of UAB.

The themes of the thesis presented have been:
- Basketball Training Capsules.
- Initiatives for endeavour. Platform of Online Courses.
- Appropriate and Appealing Training proposals for elderly neighbourhood of Casa Central of the University Bío Bío.
- Model of Knowledge Management through LKT in Postobón.
- Creation of an enterprise for online training.
- Project of job and training orientation in professional competences, addressed to youngsters.
- Planning different informative and training actions that promote knowledge of ethical code.
- Schools of Online referees in an international level.
- E-learning course: Development of Oral Language.
- Generating digital formats of positions for an entirely organizational structure of a Mexican enterprise.

The specific goals of this Master’s Degree are: (1) Knowing and revising new training trending in 21st century organizations; (2) critically analysing possibilities and limitations of 2.0 technologies for training and organizational development; (3) analysing the teacher’s role in the current context; (4) qualifying professionals from a training context in expertise, skills, strategies and tools that could help them in an optimum management of training in their organizations; (5) training Technicians in ‘Socialearning’, providing knowledge, strategies and tools for intervention; and (6) stimulate exchange of experiences between training professionals.
