Final projects defences

The students of the lastest edition, that started last October 2014, had de opportunity to defend their final projects in front of their colleagues in-person, which not only was the last assessment of the Postgraduate study, but also was a place of exchange of ideas and improvement proposals in the projects presented.

14 projects were presented; of which 8 were management Projects and 6 innovation Projects. Among these lasts, the topics developed were: Communities of professional practices in rural schools of nursery, management of relationships and distributed leadership, burnout prevention, improvement of school climate, proposals of a participative leadership and promotion and development of participation at schools. All of them are contextualized in those educational centers where the students develop their professional activity.

On 22nd and 23rd of May, most of the newly-graduates participated in the activities that initiate the Master’s Degree in Management of Centers for Educational Innovation, and all of them focused on highlighting the role of the Managers and the relevance of creating synergies that can help managers to start action designed in their Direction Projects. The training activities developed are concretized in:

- Promotion and development of TKL in institutions (Josep Ma. Silva, UAB).
- Implementation of innovation projects (Joaquín Garín, UAB).
- The Value of the connection between schools and their context (Patricia Silva, UdL).
