Educational centers as safe and healthy organizations

The educational centers are workspaces where diverse groups converge daily, generating a complex plot of relationships that varies in each organization. The particular conditions that affect all of them when they carry out their activity have to do with the management of the environment and the physical and healthy conditions that are achieved.
From this context, the study aims to obtain a general diagnosis of the level of safety and organizational health of educational centers. To achieve this, a questionnaire created 'ad hoc' has been carried out, based on a review of the literature on the subject, and validated by experts and professionals in the field of risk prevention, psychology and health, and The education. Currently, the instrument is now available for all those centers that want to start a process of analysis and reflection on this issue.
The study, already concluded last July 2019, shows that the dimension of school health and safety best valued by the participants is the one that brings together aspects related to the psychosocial field, while the physical and structural areas receive lower scores.
