EDO welcomes a delegation of 14 university teachers from Zürich

On September 12 and 13, EDO welcomed a delegation of EDO 14 university teachers of different fields (education, health and technology) from Zürich and organized a series of seminars, workshops and visits to institutions of higher education in Barcelona metropolitan area for them.
The visit is part of an optional study tour for teachers enrolled in the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Higher Education at the Pedagogy College of Zürich (Teachers' School ). This year they chose to learn more deeply about Barcelona and specifically the Autonomous University of Barcelona, who was their host university. At Monday morning, September 12, activity took place in the Faculty of Education.
After the institutional Ipresentation by the Vice Dean of Institutional Relations and Coordinator of the Faculty Exchange, the group EDO and new graduates of the Faculty
were presented . The presentation of both the structure of the studies as the main challenges for the future was given by Albert Rico (Degree in Primary Education), Mariona Espinet (Degree in Early Childhood Education ) and Rafa Merino (Degree in Social Education and Pedagogy).In the afternoon, the IDES organized a round table presentation of the projects of three groups of innovation (Joan Rue and Autonomous Learning Network, Sergi Robles and the use of the wiki, and Glòria Estapé and final projects of graduation). Tuesday's visits were conducted at the University of Pompeu Fabra and Polytechnical University of Catalonia (Campus of Castelldefels).
The experience was highly valued by some of the teachers, and they invite us to participate in their university, with whom we have established mobility agreements.
