Course on informal learning

EDO team members participate in the course on informal learning "strategies and techniques for recognizing and using learnings in the workplace" as instructors, organized by the Center for Legal Studies and Specialized Training (CEJFE) of Barcelona.
Teachers including David Rodríguez, Joaquín Gairín and Miren Fernández de Álava participate in the course of informal learning organized by the CEJFE on September 26 and October 10, an entity with whom EDO has a long history of collaboration in recent years.
The course aims to analyze and plan proposals to link professional development, organizational development, creation and management of collective knowledge and informal learning. The four concepts can be related to each other and make contribution to change when we are in the framework of autonomous organizations with collective projects focusing on lifelong learning.
The methodology focuses on the attendees as they are the protagonists of the training. In this case, brief presentations will combine lectures with active methods involving the direct participation of the attendees. The pad of creation and management of knowledge is based on the Accelera methodology developed by EDO.
For more information about the training activities of EDO review the "Training" or "Tailored Training" of the website.
