Consolidation as an added professor of David Rodríguez Gómez
David Rodríguez Gómez consolidates his teaching and research career at the UAB, within the framework of the EDO Group
On May 14th, Dr. David Rodríguez-Gómez defended the Department of Applied Pedagogy for his teaching and research career, in order to obtain the status of permanent aggregate teaching staff at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Rodríguez-Gómez obtained a positive assessment in front of a tribunal formed by the president, Marina Tomàs i Folch (UAB), the vocal, Isabel Cantón Mayo (U. de León) and secretary Jordi Pàmies Rovira (UAB). Following the usual procedure, the result of the court was communicated to the competent bodies of the UAB so that the new contractual situation is formalized.
David Rodríguez is a Pedagogue and Doctor of Pedagogy at the UAB. The lines of research in which he works are the processes of educational innovation, organizational development, organizational and informal learning, the use of ICT in educational centers and the abandonment and retention of university students. Throughout his academic career he has participated in more than 30 research projects and transfer agreements, he has participated as an author and / or editor of 8 books, author or co-author of more than 50 book chapters and 40 articles in indexed magazines. He has also been a visiting professor at the University of Seville, the ORT University (Uruguay) and the University of Melbourne (Australia).
