Concession of the D-EMIND project

Obtaining funding to implement the project "D-EMIND-Promoting digital entrepreneurial mindsets in Higher Education".
On 3rd December , 2021, the favorable resolution was made public for the execution of the project "D-EMind - Promoting digital entrepreneurial mindsets in Higher Education" by the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE), in charge of managing the funds of the Erasmus+ program in our territory. Specifically, the D-EMind project will be financed with a total endowment of €308,990.00 (Ref. 2021-1-ES01-KA220-HED-000032185).
The project aims to encourage higher education institutions to design, develop and test an online challenge-based learning methodology, strategies and tools to promote an entrepreneurial mindset in higher education. To achieve this goal, four related outcomes have been planned:
- Self-Assessment Methodology and Tool: The outcome of this project will focus on further development of the digital sphere of the ATOM Model that fosters an entrepreneurial mindset (creativity, critical thinking, problem solving) among students in online environments. In addition, a self-assessment tool will be created to measure creativity and entrepreneurial culture among students.
- D-EMIND Toolbox and Platform: a digital repository with open resources to promote the entrepreneurial mindset. An intranet will be created to facilitate interactions between students, teachers, mentors and external organizations.
- Training Pack: the training of students, teachers and mentors is a fundamental part of promoting the use of the online platform and the entrepreneurial methodology developed. This result will contribute to developing the capacity of teachers, students and mentors to autonomously implement the D-EMIND methodology.
- D-EMIND MOOCs: The consortium will develop three open courses for students, teachers and mentors. The MOOCS for students and teachers will be structured in 6 main units, one for each component of the Model Atom. An additional MOOC focused on mentoring will also be developed for teachers, experienced entrepreneurs or any other key stakeholders who want to give back their own business or expert experiences through productive dialogues between mentor and mentee.
D-EMind will be coordinated by Professor David Rodríguez-Gómez (CRiEDO-UAB), and will include the participation of researchers and technicians from: UCN - Professionhajskolen University College Nordjylland (Denmark), UC Limburg (Belgium), Hochschule Dusseldorf (Germany) and Csongrad County Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Hungary).
