Classroom session of the Master’s Degree in University Education and Management

Diego Castro develops in UDELAS the F module about 'The academic structure' from 23rd to 27th October.
Universities must be one of the driving forces behind social and economic development through people's lifelong learning. To achieve this, it requires that teaching staff and body of management have the knowledge, strategies and tools necessary to adapt to the new challenges that society poses.
For this reason, the master's degree allows us to analyze the current tendencies in the organization of university teaching, develop competences related to the planning and development of academic evaluation and promote the exchange of experiences linked to institutional development.
On this occasion, module F, entitled "The academic structure," will be opened during the week, where Professor Diego Castro will participate, developing the face-to-face sessions of the "Organization of faculties and departments" Unit. Next, the "Orientation and university tutoring" unit will be opened, which will be carried out in online mode under the supervision of Professor Mario Martínez, lecturer in the area of Research Methods and Educational Diagnosis of the UAB and Vice President for International Relations.
The "in-company" modality of the Master allows you to adapt to the needs of the recipients, the institution and the context, and it is highly effective for the improvement of teaching.
The master's degree is aimed at teachers and managers of public and private universities and other professionals of higher education motivated by reflection and innovation in university teaching.
