Inauguration of the Postgraduate in Management of Centers for Educational Innovation
The training program begins with introductory activities and lectures by doctors Joaquín Gairín and Serafín Antúnez.
This first meeting has as a general purpose, to start the training programme and, in a more concrete way, to generate a space for analysis and reflection on the directive function and its role in the processes of change and innovation. It is about starting the contents of the Postgraduate and Master.
In this sense, Dr. Carme Armengol will give a welcome session where she will specify the general aspects of the activities programme. Then there will be a first theoretical session about the 'Organizational Perspectives of Change in Organizations' by Joaquín Gairín. In addition, on Saturday there will also be a mandatory lecture given by Doctor Serafí Antúnez, which will deal with the theoretical foundations of 'The nature of managerial work'.
It is a UAB master's degree aimed for university graduates, many of them professionally linked to the education’s world, who need and demand this additional training and specialization, which often cannot be obtained in undergraduate studies.
