Ana María Moreira, from the UNB (Brazil), makes a stage at the EDO Group
The attached professor of the Departamento de Planifiación y Administración of UNB’s Faculty of Education works with the ORACLE project.
Ana María de Albuquerque Moreira holds a study stage at the Organizational Development Team (EDO), which will last from September 15th to December 4th. Moreira is an assistant professor of Departamento de Planifiación y Administración of the Faculty of Education of Universidade de Brasilia (UNB), as well as the UNB’s coordinator of the Institutional Observatory of Equity of the ORACLE project.
In this sense, the main purpose of her stage is the research for theoretical and methodological frameworks for the development of analysis of management and implementation models of higher education institutions in Latin America’s countries. The study responds to phase 3 of the ORACLE project (see reference), whose purpose is to favour the organizational development and modernization of the universities of the region.
ORACLE is a project funded by Erasmus Plus and has the participation of 30 universities from 20 different countries, which have created a Quality and Equity Unity each in order to work together. In this line, the institutional units are dedicated to propose and design actions, policies and strategies that ensure equity institutionally.
