2nd Conference of Organization of Education Centres
José Luís Muñoz, EDO member, and Ángel San Martín will present a Monographic that they have coordinated recently for OGE Journal. It will be presented in Valencia within the context of the 2nd Conference of Organization of Education Centres, next 5th of March.
Next Thursday 5th of March 2015, Nau Centre Cultural from University of Valencia will welcome the II Meeting about Organization of Education Centres which this year revolves around “participation and equal opportunity in public schools”. This meeting is organized by the professors of Organization of Education Centres from Didactics and School Organization Department at University of Valencia, the European Forum of Education Administrators of Valencia and in collaboration with the Vice-Chancellorship of Training Policies and Education Quality at University of Valencia; and it’s address to students of Teacher training, pedagogy, social education, master’s degrees and PhD of Education, as well as families, faculty and professionals from the educational community.
In the course of the conference, it will take place a rounded table about how to make progress towards a participative public school which generates equal opportunity. This rounded table will be moderated by Ramon Lopez (Vice-chancellor of Training Policies and Education Quality) and will count on the participation of Santiago Estañán (President of European Forum of Education Administrators of Spain), M. Ángeles Llorente (Association of Pedagogic Renovation Movement of Valencia) and Eva Grimaltos (President of the Federation of Parents of Students Associations of Valencia, FAPA-Valencia).
Furthermore, in this conference will also be presented the new Monographic of OGE Journal (Organization and Education Management) that is about topics related to the meeting such as participation and equal opportunity, and it has been coordinated by Angel San Martin and Jose Luis Muñoz, both from the Department of Didactics and School Organization of University of Valencia. San Martin and Muñoz, the last mention, member of Organizational Development Group EDO, will present this Monographic in accompanied by Teresa Caballer (President of European Forum of Education Administrators of Valencia).
