The INDUCTEACHING Project ‒ The Transition to the Teaching Profession: Validation of a Proposed Teacher Induction Model Linked to Initial Training and the First Year of Primary School Teaching- (https://sites.google.com/view/inducteaching) it is proposed as an initiative that contributes to providing evidence for this strategic change and improvement in the initial training of teachers, specifically in Primary Education, focusing on the transition to the teaching profession (from the last year of initial training and continuing through the first year of professional teaching practice), through the creation of a collaborative network (both in-person and virtual) between educational centers and universities that work on the design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and validation of induction processes into the profession. This contribution is a synthesis of the Project and its most significant contributions, aiming to provide an overview of everything that has been done and achieved, while also informing about the mechanisms that allow access to the accumulated knowledge. It is not only about disseminating the Project and its products but also about encouraging and providing tools, materials, and resources to educational centers and agents, with the ultimate goal of contributing to the development and improvement of the processes and mechanisms of transition to the teaching profession in primary education, while also contributing to the identity and professional development of teachers (both in training and novice). The document should be viewed as a general approach to the improvements that can be made in strategic actions to support the transition to the teaching profession, the construction of teacher identity, and the professional development of teachers, advising to delve into the aspects of interest based on the documentation generated and referenced in the text itself.
