The research analyzes the perception of inclusion among 471 students enrolled in education degrees at four Catalan universities. The results show that students mostly understand inclusion as a comprehensive process linked to equity and diversity, although with differences depending on degree program, gender, year of study, and experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs). Senior students and those with SEN display a more developed and critical perspective, particularly regarding existing barriers within the university. The study highlights a gap between the theoretical discourse on inclusion and its actual implementation, and points to the need to improve institutional policies and initial teacher training.
