Intergenerational Communication in the Workplace Among Teaching Staff at Universities

The article analyzes intergenerational communication among university teaching staff and its influence on organizational climate. The Workplace Intergenerational Climate questionnaire was administered to 1,751 Spanish academics. The text stems from the R&D&I project of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, PID2019-107747RB-I00, coordinated by professors Diego Castro and David Rodríguez from CRiEDO. The text adds value to the field as it identifies a set of elements that facilitate or hinder intergenerational communication in universities.
