Intergenerational Communication in the Workplace Among Teaching Staff at Universities

The article examines intergenerational communication among university faculty and its influence on organizational climate. The Workplace Intergenerational Climate questionnaire was administered to 1,751 Spanish academics. The text originates from the R&D&I project of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, PID2019-107747RB-I00, coordinated by professors Diego Castro and David Rodríguez from CRiEDO. The article contributes to the field by identifying a set of factors that either facilitate or hinder intergenerational communication within universities.
