Professors Joaquín Gairín and Guadalupe Palmeros have coordinated the publication of the book Trajectories of Educational Management, Inclusion and Transformation in Ibero-America (2008–2025), a new volume in the RedAGE Testimonies Series.
The publication provides a systematic and critical overview of the trajectory of the Educational Management Support Network (RedAGE), from its foundational background to its most recent contributions in the field of educational management. Throughout its chapters, the book examines the network’s theoretical and practical contributions to educational management, inclusion and transformation in Ibero-America, consolidating a valuable body of knowledge aimed at researchers, school leaders, teachers and educational policymakers.
The book is published in the context of the celebration of more than fifteen years of collaborative work within RedAGE, a period marked by the creation of spaces for reflection, research and exchange among universities and educational institutions from different Ibero-American countries. Furthermore, the volume systematizes the knowledge and lessons accumulated throughout this journey and proposes new challenges and lines of action to address current educational issues related to innovation, equity and democratic governance.
The publication therefore serves as an important reference for understanding the evolution of educational management in the region and for guiding future actions aimed at promoting more inclusive, participatory and transformative educational systems.
