This conference will present the contributions of the PBE-tools project for the improvement of activities related to Evidence-Based Practice (PBE) in educational centers. Throughout the session, strategies for promoting EBP at the classroom and educational center level will be analyzed, significant experiences of educational centers will be known, and the possibilities and limitations of developing PBE will be discussed.
The conference is aimed at all centers and teachers participating in the PBE Tools Project, teachers and specialists from non-university centers of the educational system, managers and technicians of the educational system and entities and associations that collaborate with educational centers.
The Evidence-Based Educational Practices (PBE) project. Design and validation of strategies for the improvement of educational centers [PBE-Tools] (ref. EDU2017-88711-R) has worked for three years with 20 nursery and primary education centers in Madrid and Catalonia to reverse the situation, seeking ways collaborative work and strategies that allow it. The results will be presented during the seminar and are intended to help advance the necessary connection of educational centers with researchers, in addition to promoting educational intervention processes more based on data and scientific evidence.
