Coordination meeting of the EdU-InA project in Granada

Date of the scientific meeting: 18/03/2026

The EdU-InA team will meet in Granada from March 18 to 20 to review the project’s progress and plan the next actions.

On March 18, 19, and 20, a general meeting of the EdU-InA team will be held at the University of Granada. During the meeting, progress on the different project objectives will be reviewed, and actions to be carried out over the coming months will be planned.

On the first day, work will focus on Specific Objectives 1.2 and 1.4, within the framework of General Objective 1, which is dedicated to educational practices involving generative AI among both teaching staff and students. In particular, the process of analyzing interviews on good practices with teachers conducted for Specific Objective 1.2 will be addressed, and the completion of the final report for Specific Objective 1.4 on the use of generative AI by university students will be presented. Progress will also be made on General Objective 2 through work on Specific Objective 2.1, which focuses on analyzing institutional discourses and perceptions regarding the incorporation of generative AI in higher education.

On the second day, work on General Objective 1 will continue through Specific Objective 1.3, which addresses the opportunities and challenges posed by the integration of generative AI into teaching and learning processes. In addition, Specific Objective 2.2 will be discussed; this objective is currently in the data collection phase, involving a documentary review of institutional policies, regulations, and strategies related to the use of these technologies, as well as interviews with technological and pedagogical leaders at each university.

The third day will be devoted to reviewing and planning the project’s dissemination activities, in line with the objective of promoting an ethical, critical, and effective use of generative AI in higher education.
